- Advise on analytics and decision support tools opportunities, including reporting, compliance, performance and execution tracking tools.
- Evaluate competitive pricing survey data integrity and gathering processes.
Acquisitions & Litigation
- Provide expert opinion for litigation or government enquiries.
- Support acquisitions and merger of pricing processes/systems.
- Input on margin determination for market and site investment decisions.
